Musings on Museum

Museum is a place where the products derived from the blessings of various muses of arts are kept and maintained for public view.

Ernest Hemingway has said that the human body is a museum of many diseases.

Amusing is surprising.

To muse is to reflect on various ideas that come to one’s mind.

To amuse is to enable somebody to have a sense of wonder.

The muses are goddesses of creativity and fine arts. For example, Calliope is the goddess of epic poetry.

Every epic poem begins with an invocation to the muse. Milton's Paradise Lost and Wordsworth's The Prelude are good examples.

When people go to the museum, they appreciate the works of art and also are inspired to create greater works of art themselves.
